services and move coordination. We are a full service
design group providing comprehensive analysis of a
clients needs and achieving those goals in a timely and

CONSULTANT BASIC SERVICES
Needs Assessment/Programming
-
Assemble design requirements, goals
and objectives in an orderly manner relating to
desired organizational structure, projected staff
growth patterns, desired design and furniture
philosophies.

Determine desired adjacencies and
work flow patterns.

Define individual workplace needs,
community/shared space requirements, support space
areas and their desired relationships with one
another.

Conduct regular reviews culminating
with Client approval.

Space
Planning, Interior Design and Architecture
-
Prepare schematic diagrams representing proposed
organization of all needs assessments components.

Systematically refine plans to clearly represent all
staff and other programmed spaces in the desired
adjacency relationships.

Develop and present total interior and exterior
concepts including architectural character and
detail, finishes, special constructions and the
like.

Conduct regular reviews culminating with Client
approval.

Contract Documents and
Construction Costing
-
Prepare drawings, specifications and other
documents which represent in detail the requirements
for construction.

Coordinate work with selected consultants to
prepare similar documents.

Review documents with agencies having authority
for acceptance.
-
Assist in obtaining construction costs for the
Work and in preparation of the contract for
construction between Client and Contractor.

Contract Administration
-
Visit the site on a regular basis to be familiar
with the progress and quality of the Work.

Routinely advise the Client of the Work progress,
documenting field decisions and/or conditions which
modify the issued documents.

Process applications for payments, shop drawings,
change requests and the like.

Conduct a final review of the Work, noting
visible nonconforming items and upon subsequent
acceptance, recommend final payment.

CONSULTANT ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Furniture Services
-
Evaluate, inventory and recommend existing
furniture and equipment for potential reuse.

Define and recommend new individual workplace,
community and support space furniture products.

Coordinate new furniture product and finish
selections with interior décor.

Orchestrate the procurement of new furniture,
furnishings and equipment.
-
Oversee installation of all purchased items,
checking for completeness and damage.
-
Recommend payments to vendors based on
completeness of Work.

Communications Cabling
-
Interact with designated voice and data
representatives to define operating parameters,
desired distribution flexibility, criteria for
product specifications and installation.

Develop a system for distribution of cabling
throughout the project in an organized manner.

Prepare documents, specifications and obtain
proposals from cable installation contractors.

Monitor cable installation, and coordinate
installation of new equipment or relocation of
existing equipment.

Recommend payments to vendors based on
completeness of Work.

Relocation Management
-
Identify existing furniture, furnishings and
equipment to be relocated.

Develop a comprehensive, sequenced schedule for
relocation.

Prepare documents, specifications and obtain
proposals from moving contractors.

Explain personnel responsibilities and provide
packing directions to all employees.

Provide representation at both current and new
site to ensure quality control and professionalism
by all involved.

Conduct a post-occupancy review for necessary
adjustments.

Accessory Selection and
Procurement
-
Determine products to reuse or acquire which
compliment and complete the décor, including but not
limited to artwork, interior plantscape, signage and
desk accessories. Where artwork may be involved,
relocate existing and install new.

Define existing furniture items for reuse that
require reupholstering or refinishing, procure
products as necessary and arrange for work to occur.

Procure selected items and see to the proper
delivery and installation
